Policy

Payment Policy:

We aim to make your booking process smooth and secure. Please review our payment terms and conditions below

1. Booking Confirmation

  • To confirm a reservation, a minimum advance payment of 50% of the total package price is required at the time of booking.
  • The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 7 days prior to the travel date.
  • For bookings made within 7 days of the travel date, full payment is required upfront.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Bank Transfers (details provided upon request)

3. Currency & Charges

  • All prices are quoted in AED (or LKR, if applicable).
  • Any bank or transaction charges incurred during the transfer process are the responsibility of the customer.
  • For international transfers, please ensure the net amount payable is received by us (after all transfer fees).

4. Late or Non-Payment

  • Failure to make full payment by the due date may result in automatic cancellation of your booking, subject to our cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy:

Standard Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 21 days or more before the travel date: Full refund (excluding any non-refundable processing or booking fees).
  • Cancellations made 14 days before the travel date:
    50% refund of the total booking amount.

  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the travel date:
    No refund will be provided.

No-Show Policy

  • Guests who do not show up for their scheduled tour or service will be charged the full amount. No refund will be issued.

Changes & Amendments

  • Requests for date changes or modifications must be made at least 14 days in advance and are subject to availability.
  • In case of force majeure (natural disasters, political unrest, etc.), Visit My Sri Lanka will offer rescheduling or credit for a future booking.

Non-Refundable Bookings

  • Some special promotions, hotel bookings, or third-party services may carry non-refundable terms. These will be clearly mentioned at the time of booking.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.
