Explore Udawalawe and Yala on proposed safari outings, then slow down beside the ocean in Mirissa and discover historic Galle.

An arrival night near the airport gives you time to rest before travelling inland. Two-night stays at each main destination create space for wildlife experiences, sightseeing and downtime. The route can be adjusted around your flights, interests and confirmed park access.

Meet your chauffeur at Bandaranaike International Airport and transfer to your accommodation in Negombo or the airport area.

Keep the rest of the day relaxed. Depending on your arrival time, enjoy a meal or simply settle in after your flight.

Overnight: Negombo or airport area.

After breakfast, travel towards Udawalawe, with breaks for comfort and lunch along the way.

Check into your accommodation and enjoy a quiet afternoon. Today focuses on the transfer, leaving your safari for the following day.

Overnight: Udawalawe area.

Set out on a proposed jeep safari in Udawalawe National Park, with time to observe wildlife and enjoy the landscape.

Elephants are a particular interest for many visitors, but every outing is different and sightings cannot be guaranteed. Your safari timing and duration will be confirmed during planning.

Return to your accommodation and spend the remaining time at leisure.

Overnight: Udawalawe area.

Travel from Udawalawe towards your accommodation in the Yala area.

Settle in and relax before the following day’s proposed safari. Your accommodation and park entrance arrangements will be selected together to suit the confirmed route.

Overnight: Yala area.

Enjoy a proposed jeep safari in Yala National Park, exploring permitted routes with time to watch for wildlife.

While leopards are a highlight for many travellers, sightings are never guaranteed. Take time to appreciate the birds, other animals and changing scenery along the way.

The park entrance, accessible areas and outing length will depend on confirmed arrangements and conditions. If access is restricted, we will discuss suitable changes before confirming your programme.

Overnight: Yala area.

Leave the Yala area and travel towards Mirissa on the southern coast, allowing for breaks along the way.

Check into your accommodation and enjoy a relaxed afternoon. Spend time by the pool, explore nearby or settle in with an ocean view.

Overnight: Mirissa area.

Enjoy a free day around Mirissa. Relax at your accommodation, explore the coast or discuss an optional activity that suits your interests.

Sea conditions determine whether swimming and water activities are appropriate. Follow local advice and keep your plans flexible.

Optional excursions are arranged separately and should be confirmed in advance.

Overnight: Mirissa area.

Travel towards Galle, with selected coastal stops if you wish.

Check into your accommodation and enjoy the remaining time at leisure. Choose a heritage stay or a property near the beach according to your preferences and availability.

Overnight: Galle area.

Explore Galle Fort’s historic streets and coastal setting, leaving time for photographs, refreshments and a relaxed meal.

Spend the rest of the day enjoying your accommodation or nearby surroundings. This final full day gives you room to unwind before departure.

Overnight: Galle area.

Transfer to Bandaranaike International Airport for your departure, with pickup arranged around your flight and airline check-in requirements.

For an early flight, we may recommend moving the final overnight closer to the airport and adjusting the previous day.

Yes. We can discuss changes to the accommodation, safari arrangements, coastal stays and duration. Changes are subject to availability and may affect the price.

No. Animals move freely, and sightings depend on conditions and their movements. Neither leopard nor elephant sightings can be guaranteed.

The safari vehicle arrangement will be specified in your quotation. If a private jeep is confirmed, it is reserved for your party, but other visitors and vehicles may use the same park routes.

We will discuss available alternatives, which may include a different permitted area, another activity or a revised route. Any changes to services and costs will be explained before you agree.
